Maya Zarom is a healthcare entrepreneur with a background in both finance and aesthetics. She started her journey in the beauty space as an M&A banker at Lazard, working with L’Oréal’s executive team on strategic acquisitions. She later became CEO of BeautyFix Medspa, leading the company through a period of rapid growth. She now serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Chicago Pacific Founders, where she focuses on acquiring and scaling medical spas across the U.S.

Maya holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She recently got married in Israel to her husband Itai, and lives in New York with their two doodles, Bill and Jack. When she’s not working, you can find her on a Pilates reformer or planning her next adventure.
